Learn to Lead
Entrepreneurial Teams,
built at your university.
Entrepreneurial Teams is a practice-based entrepreneurship education programme where university students learn by building and running real businesses while studying. We transfer the Team Academy know-how so your institution can build its own.

Worked with
In practice
Delivered with universities across borders.
Tra Vinh University
A five day on-site programme in March 2026 for over 30 university leaders and lecturers. The university went on to build its own entrepreneurship programme, welcoming its first student cohort in September 2026.
Brno University of Technology
We helped run the Innovation and Entrepreneurial Festival in October 2025: a multi-day campus programme on entrepreneurship, teamwork, and coaching.
Feedback
What partners say afterwards.
“This workshop is only the starting point for a longer project.”
“They gave our faculty something a lecture never could: the experience of learning by doing, and a clear way to build it into our own teaching.”
“My team stopped waiting to be told. They take the initiative themselves now, and the practice runs far more efficiently for it.”
The idea
We don’t add a course. We change how learning works.
Team Academy replaces lectures and grades with real teams running real businesses, then reflecting on what happened. We help your institution make that shift.
What we do
Two ways we work with universities.
Build your own Entrepreneurial Teams programme
We consult and coach your faculty on Team Academy methodologies and on our own experience running them. It starts with an intensive on-site immersion and continues with online follow-up sessions, so your team can design and launch the programme themselves. The know-how becomes yours to run.
Entrepreneurship festivals on campus
Multi-day festivals with keynote speakers, hands-on workshops, pitch competitions, and networking that connect your students to founders, industry, and each other. A strong first step before the full programme.
What stays behind
A faculty who can run it
They practised the method on themselves before teaching it, so they are not working from notes.
Their own implementation plan
Built alongside us during the programme, for their own context and constraints.
Certification and continued support
Certificates with documentation for credit equivalence, and follow-up scoped to what you are building.
The team
The people who deliver it.
Facilitators and team coaches who work inside the Team Academy model every day, and run real businesses alongside it.
Partners
The wider network.
The institutions and companies we work with and bring to the programmes we run.
